Lewis Racing was established in 2011, when Brody began racing in the kid kart class with the Colorado Junior Karting Club (now the Colorado Karting Tour). Joelle joined the team as a driver as soon as she was old enough in 2013. Through it all, Terry has been the team's mechanic, main sponsor, coach, psychologist, and cheerleader.
